Helping you reconnect with yourself & the people you love.

You might be here because…
Individuals
You think deeply about yourself and work hard, but still find yourself stuck in familiar patterns.
You find yourself disconnected from what you want, need, or feel.
You carry more than most people know.
Previous therapy has helped, but you sense something more is possible.
You long for deeper connection but struggle to fully let others in.
Couples
You keep having the same arguments without feeling understood.
You love each other, but no longer feel as connected as you once did.
Important hurts remain unresolved.
Physical or emotional intimacy feels strained, distant, or disconnected.
You want to understand why the same patterns keep repeating despite how much you care.
Many of the people I work with are thoughtful and capable. What brings them to therapy isn't a lack of insight or effort. What they're looking for is a deeper shift—one that creates more room for connection, ease, authenticity, and lasting change.
My Approach
Good therapy begins with a relationship where you feel welcomed, understood, and valued — exactly as you are. From that foundation, we can begin with what brought you here: what hurts, what's stuck, and what you're hoping might be different.
Together, we'll look at the patterns, reactions, and protective strategies that once helped you stay safe, loved, or connected, but may now be limiting your ability to relate to yourself or others in the ways you want. Rather than trying to push these patterns away, we approach them with curiosity and compassion, seeking to understand how they developed, what they have been trying to accomplish, and what they need in order to soften.
This is experiential therapy, meaning change happens not only through insight, but through what is felt, discovered, and experienced in the room. I draw on Internal Family Systems (IFS) and psychodynamic psychotherapy because both offer a rich understanding of how early relationships, attachment wounds, and life experiences continue to shape the present.
What I'm most interested in is helping people develop a relationship with themselves that feels more honest, compassionate, and trustworthy. When people feel emotionally met rather than managed, they are often able to relate to themselves with greater clarity, engage more fully in their relationships, and experience more connection, authenticity, and freedom in their lives.

Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist
Originally from the East Coast and now based in California, my perspective has been shaped by both cultures—East Coast directness and intellectual depth alongside California's emphasis on emotional awareness and embodiment.
I'm particularly drawn to working with people who think carefully about themselves—and who are ready to go somewhere their thinking hasn't been able to take them.
With degrees from Harvard University and Antioch University Santa Barbara, I am a Level 2 trained Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapist and have worked extensively with individuals and couples, in person and online. I'd love to hear from you.
