About Me

I am a psychotherapist, yoga instructor, meditation teacher, and mom. Originally from the East Coast, I now call California my home. Reflecting this bicoastal identity, much of my work is located at the intersection of mind and body, science and spirituality, evidence-based practice and common humanity. I love helping adults, children, teens, couples, and families. It is an honor to support my clients on their journeys of healing, growth, and change. In my personal life, I enjoy reading, baking, joyful movement, and most of all spending time with my friends and family.

My Approach

As an Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapist, I support you (or your loved one) in connecting with your inner wisdom, compassion, and strength, and I help you apply these resources to facilitate healing and growth. My role is to provide both a warm, compassionate environment where you feel safe, understood, and welcomed exactly as you are and a clear framework for making progress toward meaningful change. My hope is that therapy allows you to befriend yourself more wholeheartedly and live your life with greater ease, joy, and fulfillment.

My approach is client-centered, which means you are in charge of defining the goals of your therapy and setting the pace. What I offer is a supportive relationship and a skillset to help you get there.
